i've had the priviledge to shake this dude's hand at interbike. nelson is a maverick when it comes to track cycling not because he was black, but because he was fast. not only was he fast, he came from humble beginnings coming straight out of harlem. the guy took gold for america when the olympics were held at home in LA. that's rad. to commemorate the film documenting the rise of the cheetah, cinelli has made some limited edition caps. you can see more here.
