throwback thursday a day late: track bike times

i had every intention to do a TBT, but never got around to it.... so lets combine throwback thursday with fast bike friday with an old one by matt rice. yes, matt rice. as in deal with it matt rice. steve tortorelli, and jason clary even make an appearance in this.
