the minvelo is not a new idea and there have been many iterations among the years. these ones are from rabasa cycles, a company that's been around for about 70 years. if i'm not mistaken they're re-enering the cycling biz with a set of minivelos focus on "urban riding". roll your eyes all you want, but i think these things look pretty rad and usually i see them running skinny tires. if you can read spanish, you can check out rabasa here.
