jeff chen is a ripper from sac who often rides with kris from locked cog. this kid's got some talent and hella ups. recently he got an eighthinch butcher and never looked back- now he's on the eighthinch team. another addition is brooklyn's krystin blakemore. she's got one of the cleanest scramblers out there showing that the scrambler has the potential to be a fast bike or a fgfs bike.
