i keep forgetting: imperial cycles

i saw imperial cycles during sf bike expo, and since then i've been keeping up with their blog.

now i've seen cruisers with kits on them, but imperial setups arent straight out of the box- no these things are done up hot rod style. they take something and make it their own. conjured up in the minds of eric and jerome, these bikes emulate lowrider steez, 1920's board track racer nostalgia, motocycle attitude, cruiser capability and a hot rod mentality what made me recall their stuff was their collaboration with shortyfatz that they brought to sf:
