the bmx guy in me said when i first saw these pedals HUTCH BEAR TRAP. however the reality is, that these closely emulate the mks sylvan touring pedals. they share the same dimensions but apparently theyre thinner and alot lighter at 3.6 oz. another plus would be the fact that they're sealed. they look pretty solid, and the sketchy sawtooth cages (cant really call them cages because theyre not detatchable...) really appeal to me. take a look at brevm when you have a chance!

The pedals use really nice sealed cartridge bearings, so they're nearly bombproof. The aluminum extrusion is pretty beefy, as thin as it looks. The teeth on the cages are pretty grippy without being shin rapers. And since you can still add toeclips and straps, you can do a lot with the pedals.
AND... yeah, they're light.
