sheldon brown (RIP) was and still is one of the biggest influences on the fixed gear community. you know you went to his website to figure out why horizontal dropouts are key. you know you went to his website trying to figure out the difference between JIS and ISO square tapers. you know you went to his website to figure out what the difference between 1/8" and 3/32 chains/cogs. if the fixed gear community was a religion, sheldon would be a god. with that said, bikeage has put up stickers and shirts commemorating the late sheldon brown.
