a change of pace: state bicycle co. "the contender"

okay, so i know i've ripped on state bicycle before but their newest endeavor has been grabbing my attention. the contender takes state's chromoly frame and sprinkles it with some good parts- one of which is a carbon fork. though i would loved to have seen a 32 degree or 33 degree offset on said fork, it's rad that state's got the enthusiast in mind. in this video, their team rider scott piercefield puts the machine through it's paces in the streets of phoenix after hours. i really like the way the bike was presented...
