on deck: phoenix bars

i'm in the market for new handle bars and 4 inch risers at 22.2 diameter WITHOUT a crossbar is really hard to come by. phoenix is expending quickly with the development of this bar. from what i see, it's a 3.9 inch rise (for the sake of me, it's 4 inch), 3 degrees of upsweep, and 11 degrees of backsweep. and no crossbar... hmmmm sparks my interest...
