kashimax makes world class saddles and damn do they look like a bitch to make. it's THE saddle for the phenomena of japanese keirin racing, and back in the 80's it one one of those things to have on a bmx bike. this little video is 7 minutes long but it shows alot of the process of making these seats- straight up, by hand, no modern interferences.
