kinda losing it here: GT 2012...

(via MTBR)
some of you may be leaving the website right now, some of you might be going apeshit in your pants. this my friends, is the 2012 GT 26" performer and if you dont know what that is, then you dont really know freestyle bmx. the performer gave bikes like the SE quadangle a run for their money in the 80's. looks like in the 21st century, both have resurfaced as 26" retro joints. i would imagine this bike would look mean rolling down the boulevard.

Yeah, count me as one of the peeps going monkey doo doo in my trousers, I was 17 years old in 87'  when I got my G.T. Performer freestyle bmx, and this is the finest re-incarnation I have seen, made for my now adult size, the coolest thing G.T. has offered since the the 2004 Flowta. I will be one of the first Denver riders to order this bike, I will E-bay some BMX old school performer sticker kits and a layback post and maybe have the frame chromed before adding them. A dream come true, thanks, G.T.!
