no, they're not riser bars. with a recent rise of interest in cafe racer motorcycles, it's no surprise that it would transition into bicycles. made with tange steel, the condorina handlebar is intended to be swept forward with 15 degrees of sweep. i think these would look fucking sweet on a classic track machine built for the street. get more info at soma.
