i'm not sure how effective these are since a one would imagine a solid wheel cover being more effective than a one made of cordura and lining, but if the dudes at lcbp say it's "surprisingly solid" then i'll agree with that notion. strapped on with some heavy duty velcro, the covers use tightness in order to deflect balls, and are relatively easy to remove (as opposed to cutting off zip ties) when you want to get all steezy. looks like burro can expand their list of already awesome stuff they make! see them on a bike and the install procedures at LCBP.
