charge at eurobike

charge always makes crazy booths/stands at eurobike. 2 years ago it was a small city block, last year i believe it was an english pub (where they had their own friggin brew), this year it's a carousel. who comes up with this? i imagine it's not functioning, but genius regardless- a bike carousel? full of WIN.
