not too long ago i posted about the BMW launchpad II these puppies have more tire clearance, and some lighter tubing that shaves off a quarter pound of weight. as insignificant as that sounds, it's still cool. these frames wil go for about $800 and you even get a headset with it this time. the fork on the other hand has an msrp of $150 which brings the total up to under a grand for a BMW frame and fork (if you go on chari, the first gen BMW launchpad MSRP's for $1500. but then again, it IS a shop and profits must be made). i wonder how the chainstay clearance is...
