theyre not drilled... but not to worry- looks like theyre trying to cater to the extreme small cog lovers (the one's that you see on bmx setups). it looks pretty inovative and swapping cogs looks really ridiculously easy. im just waiting for fixed gear dudes to run really small chainrings those bmx heads run.
