cant get enough of phillip williams? well lockedcog's got you covered. kris is going to start a new 30 second series with lockedcog 2.0 dubbed "3:30" dropping every other thursday. now this one doesn't adhere to the 30 second rule, but who cares- it's the first installment, kris can do whatever the hell he wants. phillip gets down and that 180 doublepeg on that sign was pretty damn impressive.
